Whilst our primary business is creating business leads for the UK building and construction sector we all provide a number of different options for promoting products and services throughout our network.

Tenant Advertising

A tenant advert is a basic banner creative or graphic that we display on our website for an advertiser for a given period of 3 months 6 months or 1 Year.

There are no setup costs, all you have to do is tell us which site you wish to advertise on, provide us with your creative and if the desired position is available your advert can be up and running within a few days.

E-mail Marketing

If you have a specific product or service that you wish to introduce to consumers or trades we would be happy to consider inclusion in our newsletters, running an e-mail campaign specifically for your business.

The best way forward on this option is to get in touch and give us details of your product or service and we will determine if we think it will work out.

Specific Lead Generation

In certain cases we get requests for business leads for specific categories in specific locations. An example would be New Roofs leads in Cardiff. Whilst we may already be targeting Cardiff for new roofs we can always increase our marketing drive for specific leads in specific locations or catchment areas to get a higher volume of leads that match a given criteria.

It is currently impossible to publish an advertising rate card for our websites as all our sites are in different stages of development and are gradually working their way up the page ranks.

Some of our sites get a lot more traffic and whilst we have sites with less than fifty pages we also have sites with over 10,000 pages. Adding to that we have four to five new site launches every month and constant updates and addition of new pages to existing sites.
